By browsing our site, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp regarding an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

3. PRODUCTS, SIZING & PRICING

All garments, t-shirts, shirts, jeans, and outerwear offered on ONYX are subject to availability. We strive to display product colors, fabric textures, and cuts as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display.

Pricing: All prices listed on onyxmens.in are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and cart subtotal.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors in pricing without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before order dispatch.

4. ORDER PROCESS & WHATSAPP CONFIRMATION

ONYX operates on a direct-to-consumer order model designed for speed and convenience:

• You select your size and items, enter your delivery details, and submit your order on our website.
• An automated, pre-filled WhatsApp message opens with your order reference number (e.g. ONX-...) and order summary.
• Your order is confirmed once you send the WhatsApp message and our support team acknowledges it.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock discrepancies, or non-deliverable addresses.

5. PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

We accept two primary payment methods:

• Prepaid via UPI: Verified directly through official UPI QR codes provided during your WhatsApp order confirmation. We never ask for or store your bank passwords or OTPs.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash or through delivery partner UPI upon receiving your parcel at your doorstep.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and dispatched from Jamnagar, Gujarat within 1–2 business days:

• Jamnagar City Limits: Free same-day hand delivery by Onyx staff for orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.
• All India Delivery: Standard delivery within 5–7 business days via reliable courier partners. Shipping is ₹99 for orders under ₹999, and completely FREE for orders of ₹999 or more.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We maintain an explicit 48-hour return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described at the time of delivery.

• Unboxing Video: Required as proof to process damage and defect claims quickly.
• Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No restocking fees apply).
• Return Shipping: Covered by Onyx for verified defective or damaged items.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the customer's original payment method within 10 business days.
