We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no return shipping fee, either way.

HOW TO RETURN
- 1.Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference number, along with your unboxing video (we ask every customer to film one when opening their order — it's what lets us approve returns quickly, without back-and-forth).
- 2.Let us know the reason for your return or exchange.
- 3.Keep the item in its original packaging with tags attached.
- 4.We'll coordinate pickup and take it from there.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free within 15 days — just select "Exchange" when you message us, with the same unboxing video.
A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT KEEP THIS PROCESS FAIR FOR EVERYONE
We're able to offer free, hassle-free returns because the unboxing video confirms the item's condition at delivery. Returns can't be processed without one, and we're not able to accept items that were altered, damaged after delivery, or have had tags removed — but if something arrives defective, that's exactly what the video helps us sort out quickly, in your favor.
